TO THE EDITOR:

The city of Nash faces a life-altering and possibly life-threatening decision on Nov. 4. Life-changing because if the community votes to sell alcohol, life as we know it in this small, quiet city will no longer exist. Statistics in other cities indicate that the city of Nash will face the following if we allow alcohol voted in:

• Higher incidents of alcohol-related crimes.

• Increase in danger to citizens, which will place a strain on local law enforcement.
