TO THE EDITOR:

I am writing this in regards to Froma Harrop’s column and the comments she made regarding an upcoming piece of legislation called The Employee Free Choice Act. This Act is to reduce two elections into one. Obviously if over one half of the employees sign a card stating they would like to be represented by a union, there is no need for another election.
