The Board of Directors of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Council would like to thank all the people and organizations that have offered help and support for the retention of the jobs at the Texarkana Cooper Tire facility.

Our community leaders pulled together with AR Gov. Mike Beebe, his staff, and the staff at the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. We had offers of help from neighboring communities, local businesses and local organizations.
