TO THE EDITOR:

I read with some amusement today the Star Parker column titled “The fatal conceit of the health care plan.” Her first sentence referenced the Nobel Prize-winning economist F.A. Hayek and hence implied that Hayek, a leader of the Austrian school of economists admired by conservatives, thought government-run health care was socialistic. Nothing could be further from the truth!
