Chinese paramilitary police unload equipment Thursday on a road southeast of Zhongdian, in China’s Yunnan province. Hundreds of paramilitary troops were setting up camp on the road to Zhongdian, a city in a Tibetan area of Yunnan known as Shangri-La. China is attempting to quiet protests of its Tibetan occupation.
