BELLA VISTA, Ark—Authorities say a bus driver and two students suffered minor injuries when a Bentonville school bus rolled onto its side Tuesday in Bella Vista.

Authorities say the driver, 73-year-old Benjamin Owings, apparently lost control of the bus on a rain-slicked road, drove off the road and overcorrected. Authorities say the bus may have hydroplaned.

Thirteen Bentonville elementary and middle school students were on the bus when it wrecked.

Bella Vista Police Department Lt. Tim Cook says Owings tested negative for use of alcohol and drugs. No citations were issued.
