Voters brave the cold to cast their ballots Tuesday in Two Rivers, Alaska, 25 miles northeast of Fairbanks. The precinct reported heavy turnout—about 30 people were waiting in the dark outside the log precinct building just before the polls opened at 7 a.m. The temperature was about 12 degrees.
