JONESBORO, Ark.—Officials say five students from Nettleton Junior High School in Jonesboro were taken to the hospital Thursday morning after taking an unidentified prescription drug.

School officials said teachers noticed the students’ “odd behavior” and called for help. Paramedics transported the students to St. Bernards Medical Center for observation.

A reporter for Jonesboro television station KAIT said the students walked under their own power to the ambulances.
