CLEVELAND—Zack Greinke pitched six solid innings to help the Kansas City Royals beat the Cleveland Indians 8-3 in the first game of a doubleheader on Saturday.

Rain delayed the start 2 hours, 14 minutes and an intermittent drizzle fell throughout in the makeup of a rainout from May 2. It was supposed to be a day-night doubleheader, but there wasn’t too much time between games with the rain delay.
