Walker-White

Sherika Nicole Walker and Curtis Dewayne White were united in marriage at 4 p.m. April 5 at Oak Street Baptist Church. The Rev. L.B. George performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Lee Ann Coleman and C. Walker of Texarkana, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Curtis C. White.

Matron of honor was Martha Johnson, sister of the bride. Bridal attendants were Murnisha Dickerson, Bridget Starkey, Kenisha Walker, cousin of the bride, Ricki Walker, cousin of the bride and Tiera Woods, daughter of the bride.

Best man was Earnest Wyrick Sr. Groom’s attendants were Ron Adams, Lee Lewis, Tommy White Jr., cousin of the groom and Raymond Wyrick.

Ushers were Keenan Kelley, nephew of the bride, Isaiah Sullimon, and Dalevecchio Walker, son of the bride.

Candlelighter was Keenan Kelley, nephew of the bride.

A reception at Federal Correctional Institution Training Center followed the ceremony.

After a wedding trip to New Orleans, the couple will live in Texarkana, Texas.
