Cavitt-Armstrong

Anne Michelle Cavitt and Robert B. Armstrong were united in marriage at 2 p.m. May 31 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Gerald Priest performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Daniel and Mary Anne Cavitt of Texarkana, Texas, and the late Clarence B. Sims and Virginia D. Armstrong.

Maid of honor was Katherine Armstrong, sister of the groom. Bridal attendant was Jesse Hall, niece of the bride.

Best man was Keith Burns. Groom’s attendant was Kevin DuPree.

Ushers were Cody Burns, godson of the groom, and Paul Chiaricio.

Candlelighters were Mary Anne Cavitt, mother of the bride, and Corey Burns, goddaughter of the groom.

A reception at Parish Hall and Knights of Columbus Hall followed the ceremony.

After a wedding trip to New York City, the couple will live in Texarkana, Texas.
