Dimensions in Blue, the United States Air Force jazz ensemble, will play a free community concert at 7 p.m. Thursday at Arkansas High School in Texarkana. Tickets are no longer available.

Elizabeth Carroll Foster will be at Lafayette County Library, Lewisville, Ark., at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16 for a meet the author and book signing for her novel, “Southern Winds A’ Changing.”
