The Texarkana Community Band is looking for people interested in signing up to play with the band. A signup event will be held at the Texas Middle School band hall on Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Band members past or present are invited to play their instruments in a relaxed, fun setting. Rehearsals are held Mondays from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Approximately five free concerts are held during the year with breaks in December and May. A $15 signup fee covers the entire year.

The Texarkana Community Band has members of all ages and expertise involved. High school and area college students are welcome to join.
