Bell-Howard

Cora Lewis of Texarkana, Texas, announces the engagement of her sister, Vivian Yvonne Bell, to Alvin E. Howard, the son of the late Lellious and Juanita Howard.

Miss Bell is a graduate of Texas High School. She is employed with Texarkana College.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Arkansas High School. He is employed with Miller County Sheriff’s Office.

The wedding will be 5 p.m. Aug. 30 at St. Paul United Methodist Church.
