Murphy-Steele

Maegan Bainee Murphy and Michael Garrett Steele were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 26 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church. The Rev. Rodney G. Steele performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Billy and Angelia Murphy of Texarkana, Texas, and Rodney and Becky Steele of Conway, Ark.

Matron of honor was Holly Zacharias, cousin of the bride. Maid of honor was Julie Miller. Bridal attendants were Christy Minkler and Sarah Steele, sister of the groom.

Best men were Jon LaRosa and Nathan Smith. Groom’s attendants were Charles Peterson and Jim Hudson.

Ushers were Allan Burns and Logan Rainey, cousin of the bride.

A reception at the church followed the ceremony.

After a wedding trip to Galveston, Texas, the couple will live in Boston, Mass.
