Arts and Ends

“Eighth Annual African American Voice: An Evening Performance” from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Regional Arts Center in downtown Texarkana. Admission for this Occasional Thursday event is free.

Two new exhibits are featured: The “Sixth Regional Celebration of African American Artists” will run through Feb. 21. Also, “Defining Moments: An Exhibition of Works by Bryan Collier” opens Tuesday and closes March 17.
