Crews work to free 2 trapped in grain bin

MARKED TREE, Ark.-Emergency crews are responding to reports of two people trapped inside a grain bin in northeastern Arkansas.

Marked Tree Police Chief Jerry Lung told KAIT that two men are in the bin and are alive and alert. Lung said oxygen is being pumped to the two.

Police say the report came in shortly before noon Tuesday about the incident in a grain bin at Ritter Grain Services.

Crews from Marked Tree, Jonesboro, West Memphis and Bay are responding to the call to help with the rescue.

Marked Tree is about 140 miles northeast of Little Rock.
