The U.S. Marshals are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of a Choctaw County, Okla., jail escapee with a long criminal history.

Aaron Victory Sr., 38, escaped federal custody Aug. 7. He was seen about 2 p.m. Aug. 7 in McCurtain County near the town of Haworth, close to the Oklahoma-
