Lyft launches its car service across the state of Arkansas at noon today, according to a Lyft spokesperson.
Arkansas will become the 49th state with access to the ride-sharing program that has become increasingly popular across the country.
The service can be accessed through the Lyft smartphone app. New users can receive a $5 discount on their first ride when they use the code LYFTLOVE17, the spokesperson said.
