FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.-Authorities in northwest Arkansas are searching for a man who is accused of attacking the mother of his infant child then fleeing with the baby.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says the 2-month-old infant was later dropped off unharmed at her grandmother's house, but the suspect, 38-year-old Danny Trent Barrows, is missing.
Authorities say Barrows stabbed the baby's mother in the leg and struck her with his fists before leaving with the baby on Monday night.
