Ex-pathologist nabbed, accused of impairment

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - A former pathologist accused of working while impaired at an Arkansas Veterans Affairs hospital has been taken into custody and is being held at a county jail.

Dr. Robert Morris Levy was in custody Saturday at the Washington County jail and online records indicate he was being held on behalf of federal authorities. There was no charge listed against him.

Federal prosecutors are expected to release additional information at a news conference scheduled for Tuesday in Fayetteville.
