n John Phillips has joined CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System as vice president, chief operating officer.

He will be responsible for various service lines including human resources, laboratory, radiology, advocacy and community planning, imaging center, pharmacies, cardio/pulmonary, and cath lab/special procedures.
