More than 80 business leaders, Realtors and other city and community leaders met Friday morning at Minton’s Sportsplex. But they were not there to work out.The occasion: the Business to Business Breakfast, hosted by the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce. The topic of discussion: the commercial real estate business sector in Texarkana.

“In my opinion Texarkana’s market will be in a flat run for awhile,” said Alan Schimming with Supreme Realtors. He is a real estate investor and, among other ventures, deals with commercial property such as strip malls and office spaces.
