Political correctness has never been defended in this space. Neither has stupidity.

Our First Amendment rights have been stretched to the limit in regard to freedom of speech. We can’t say things now we said 30 years ago, at least not without recrimination from a sensitive public. And while we might not like the position spineless politicians have placed us in, the majority of us have adjusted.

Others haven’t.
