One of the joys of summertime is all the fresh produce available to us. There are so many choices; it is hard to decide on a favorite. If forced to make a choice, I would say that cantaloupe has to be one of my favorites. The sweet, juicy fruit just seems to melt in your mouth as you enjoy it.
