It is not my habit to criticize other people’s driving. That would be sort of the pot calling the kettle black.

But, dadgum, I almost followed a couple of drivers and made a citizen’s arrest one day last week.

An ambulance was southbound on Summerhill Road at the Kennedy Lane intersection, lights flashing, sirens on. The driver had moved cautiously through the signal lights at Summerhill and 40th Street and approached the Kennedy Lane lights equally cautiously.

Good thing.
