Southwest Sportsmen organization of Foreman, Ark., (formerly a Buckmasters chapter) recently used some of the proceeds from its fall banquet to make a dream come true for a local kid.

Brayden Martin was born with a heart defect that would limit most kids, but not him. His mother, Jennifer, and his grandfather, Don White, joined him on the late-season Buckmasters Classic Life Hunt in January on the 11,000-acre Sedgefield Plantation in Georgia. The hunt is held annually for seriously ill and disabled kids and a few select disabled hunters.
