SPRINGDALE, Ark.—Mary Katherine Smith, 27, of Lowell, Ark., died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008, in Fayetteville, Ark.

Miss Smith was born Oct. 1, 1980, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a quality assurance supervisor with Simmons, Siloam Springs, Ark. She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Presley Smith.

Survivors include her father, Doug Smith of Lowell; and two sisters, Belinda Garland of Farmington, Ark., and April Gronwaldt of Springdale.
