Phyllis Louise Bell, 81, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Bell was born June 9, 1926, in Texarkana.

Survivors include her husband, Bernard “Buddy” Bell; two daughters and one son-in-law, Janie and Henry Endsley of Texarkana and Tina Thompson of Arlington, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Teresa Bell of Cove, Ark., and Michael and Sandy Bell of Texarkana; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
