DIERKS, Ark.—Rosie Rashele Collins, 18, of Umpire, Ark., died Tuesday, March 4, 2008, in a Nashville, Ark., hospital.

Miss Collins was born Feb. 27, 1990, in Adana, Turkey. She was a senior at Umpire High School and a member of FBLA, FHA, FCCLA, Lifesaver and the Lady Wildcat Basketball team.

Survivors include her parents, Mark and Renee Collins of Umpire; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Lesley and Richard Wiederspan and Samantha Collins of Texarkana; her grandfathers, Billy Ray Collins of Mount Ida, Ark., and Vernon Arivett of Newhope, Ark...
