DE QUEEN, Ark.—Benjamin Franklin Groves, 77, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Groves was born Aug. 17, 1930, in Springfield, Mo. He was an electrical engineer for the National Weather Service, a member of Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Clay Groves.
