VEE RHOADES

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Vee “Vernita” J. Rhoades, 81, of New Boston died Saturday, March 8, 2008, at a local hospital.

Mrs. Rhoades was born June 1, 1926, in Kankakee, Ill. She was a retired registered nurse for Red River Army Depot and an Army veteran.

Survivors include her husband, T.J. Rhoades of New Boston; one brother, Lavern Wenzelman of Chicago; one sister, Carol Erwin of Fayetteville, N.C.; and a number of other relatives.
