NEW BOSTON, Texas—Charles Marion Foster, 70, of Maud, Texas, died Tuesday, March 11, 2008, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital.

Mr. Foster was born June 27, 1937, in Maud. He was a Korean War Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donnis Joy Foster; and one son, Kevin Leon Foster.
