NEW BOSTON, Texas—Kelly Joe Brown, 43, of DeKalb, Texas, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, in Maud, Texas.

Mr. Brown was born Jan. 13, 1965, in Tex-arkana, Texas. He was a journey lineman for Bowie-Cass Electric and a member of Southwestern Cattlemen and Ranchers Association, American Quarter Horse Association, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 301 and First Baptist Church, Maud.
