ATLANTA, Texas—Clifford Wayne McAlexander, 80, of Shreveport, La., died Friday, March 14, 2008, after a short illness.

Mr. McAlexander was born Feb. 14, 1928, in Texarkana, Texas. He was retired from Sportran.

Survivors include his wife, Maurine Kirkland McAlexander; one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Eugene and Denise McAlexander of Anchorage, Alaska; three daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Randy Dozier and Marvelle and Bill Hanna of Shreveport, and Clarice and Jim Scherder of Waskom, Texas; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildre...
