RICHARD LOWERY

Richard Lee Lowery, 64, of Horatio, Ark., died Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Lowery was born Jan. 31, 1944, in Horatio. He was a U.S. Department of Agriculture inspector and a member, treasurer and steward of Mount Zion United Methodist Church.
