ATLANTA, Texas—Billy R. Howell, 78, of Atlanta died Thursday, March 20, 2008, in Atlanta.

Mr. Howell was born Feb. 3, 1930, in Cass County. He was retired from International Paper and a member of Springdale Baptist Church, Atlanta. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Charlotte Howell.

Survivors include his wife, Lacleda Howell of Atlanta; four sons, Gary Graham of Shreveport, La., Billy P. Howell of Inez, Ky., Jay Graham of Peachtree City, Ga., and Noah “Willie” Howell of McKinney, Texas; two daughters, Sharon Young of Atlanta and Tina Dob...
