RISON, Ark.—Elda Annie Neal, 86, formerly of Rison died Wednesday, March 19, 2008, in Texarkana, Texas.

Mrs. Neal was born Aug. 7, 1921, in Warren, Ark. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Neal; and one daughter, Mary Peters.
