HOPE, Ark.—Fred Charles Moore Jr., 43, of Hope died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, in Hempstead County, Ark.

Mr. Moore was born Dec. 31, 1964, in Coshocton, Ohio. He was a painter and a carpenter.

Survivors include two sons, Samuel Bruce of Texarkana and Daniel Bruce of Hooks, Texas; one daughter, Kerri Dudley of Hope; his father and stepmother, Fred Charles “Shorty” Sr. and Daisy Dale Moore of Rock Hill, S.C.; three grandchildren, Christopher Fields, Brianna Dudley and Hanna Dudley; one aunt, Marty Moore of Newcomers Town, Ohio; and one special f...
