SPERRY, Okla.—James “Jim” Stephen DeMuth, 82, of Sperry died Friday, March 21, 2008.

Mr. DeMuth was born July 23, 1925, in Mineral Point, Wis. He was a former herdsman and ranch manager, a former vocational livestock specialist for the state of Mississippi, a Polled Hereford cattle judge, regional manager of Black Watch Angus Farms, Oklahoma, a founding member of Sperry’s Field of Dreams, an honorary member of Sperry FFA and Mineral Point High School 1943 Alumni Association and a member of Knights of Columbus, Mississippi Cattleman’s Association, National C...
