CHARLIE BURDETTE

STAMPS, Ark.—Charlie Roy Burdette, 60, of Stamps died Thursday, March 27, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mr. Burdette was born April 2, 1947, in Stamps. He was a deacon, treasurer and member of Buchanan Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sisters, Yvonne Dinkins of Shreveport, La., Barbara Watson and Marilyn Hardeman of Stamps; five brothers, Charles Burdette, Donnie Burdette and Ronnie Burdette of Stamps, Cleotis Burdette of Hope, Ark., and James H. Burdette of Bay Town, Texas.
