JOHN DAVIES

NAPLES, Texas—John N. Davies, 73, of DeKalb, Texas, died Wednesday, April 16, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mr. Davies was born June 29, 1934, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He was a computer programmer and systems analyst for Chevron Petroleum Co., member of First United Methodist Church, DeKalb, where he served as Children’s Choir and Meals on Wheels driver, usher and newsletter editor, and a Royal Australian Air Force veteran.
