WILLIE HARPER

ROGERS, Ark.—Willie Frank Harper, 64, of Rogers died Thursday, April 3, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Harper was born Oct. 2, 1943, in Spearsville, La. He was a Baptist and a Navy veteran.

Survivors include one son, Treveon Harper of Los Angeles; one daughter, Deena Thompson of Tacoma, Wash.; two brothers, Robert James Harper of Texarkana and Charles Edward Harper of Los Angeles; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Elnor and Raymond Larry and Flora White of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives.
