Mr. Webster was born Feb. 7 1925, in Bryans Mill, Texas. He was the pastor at Mount Gilmore Baptist Church, retired from Red River Army Depot, secretary and treasurer of Cypress First District, treasurer of Cypress District Association, Mount Pleasant Ministries Union and Ministers Union Community Mission Scholarship Fund, chaplain board for Titus Regional Medical Center and vice president of TRIAD Group.
