VELMA GRAVES

HOPE, Ark.—Velma Jean Butler Graves, 74, of Tom, Okla., died Saturday, April 26, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mrs. Graves was born Jan. 7, 1934, in Tom. She was a domestic caregiver. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Graves; and one daughter, Brenda Reynolds.

Survivors include two sons, Clifford Butler of Idabel, Okla., and Herbert Hendrix of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Wanda Harris of Idabel; two stepdaughters, Peggy Henderson of Houston and Hazel Morris of Tollette, Ark.; one brother, Luther Harrell; eight grandchildren; 12 g...
