STAMPS, Ark.—Benjamin F. Green, 72, of Foreman, Ark., died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, in an Ashdown, Ark., nursing home.

Mr. Green was born June 12, 1935, in Foreman. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Green.

Survivors include his wife, Delois Green of Texarkana; nine children, Charles Green, Benjamin F. Green Jr., Wanda Jean Green, Luceal Green, Belinda Green and Wanda Green of California, Velma Pace of Balch Springs, Texas, Sherlon Noble of Ashdown and JoAnn Houston of Dallas; 22 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Rest Baptist Church, Foreman, with the Rev. Herbert Smith officiating. Burial will be in Alfred French Cemetery under direction of Smith Funeral Home.
