Blanche Arabia Brigman Haskins, 100, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at her home.

Mrs. Haskins was born April 21, 1908, in Atlanta, Texas. She was a retired teacher.

Survivors include three grandsons, James Sheppard, Carlos Shepphard and Willie Joe Sheppard of Atlanta; five nieces, Ella Murray Jackson of Atlanta, Eunice M. Smith of Seuthfield, Calif., Cordelia A.
