DORETHEA BAULDWIN

Dorethea “Dottie” Lou Bauldwin, 73, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, April 30, 2008, in a DeKalb, Texas, nursing home.

Mrs. Bauldwin was born July 23, 1934, in Arden, Ark. She was a retired caregiver and a member of Word of Faith Church, Simms, Texas. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Keta Mooneyham; and one son, Van Ballew.

Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Terry and James Martin of Bradley, Ark., Gail and John Stewart of McNab, Ark., and Cyd Collins of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Pam Benedict of Texarkana; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be noon Saturday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Revs. Richard White and Van Bellew officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Relatives will be at the home of Cyd Collins, 14 Hill Top Lane, Texarkana, Texas.
