ORA HASKINS

Ora Bell Haskins, 68, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, April 27, 2008, at her home.

Ms. Haskins was born Oct. 29, 1939, in Texarkana, Texas. She was an employee of Wadley Hospital and a member of New Town Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Ozie Haskins of Texarkana; two brothers, Clifford Ray Haskins of Hercules, Calif., and Spencer Haskins of Texarkana; one sister-in-law, Edna Haskins-Ervin of Houston; one nephew, Curtis T. Haskins of Phoenix; three nieces, Tanishia Haskins and Angela Haskins-Randal of Texarkana and Joy Haskins of Hercules; and two aunts, Gurtha Willis of Texarkana and Maggie Lee Phelphs of California.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Town Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Keener officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under direction of Haynes Mortuary.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
