Elisa Russell, 50, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at her home.

Mrs. Russell was born Dec. 10, 1957, in Houston. She was a retired registered nurse with Christus St. Michael Health System.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Russell of Texarkana; two sons, Samuel Wayne Russell and Jason Parris Russell of Texarkana; two daughters and one son-in-law, Jesalyn Marie and Ronnie Elliott of Wake Village, Texas, and Nina Jo Russell of Houston; one sister-in-law, Laura Castro of Conroe, Texas; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 6 p.m. today at Spirit of Truth Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Harper officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, under direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown.
